KKL is a flap valve designed for installation on flat walls. It is used in low-pressure channels to prevent backflow and flooding, and can be installed both above and below the water surface.

The flap is angled at 15° and mounted in a robust, maintenance-free rubber hinge with embedded fabric. The design provides low hydraulic resistance in the flow direction, while a soft seal between the valve and frame, as well as a wall seal, ensures reliable closure.
A vertical steel reinforcement is mounted on the smooth PEHD flap to prevent buildup from surface and wastewater.

KKL is made of corrosion-resistant materials, has no mechanical parts, and requires minimal maintenance.
It opens easily in the direction of flow and seals securely against backflow.

Applications: Low-pressure channels, protection against backflow and flooding.
Operation: Automatic flap in rubber hinge.
